What it is
The ECCC online knowledge hub, gathering outputs from the ECCO Community Groups and the four pilot Cybersecurity Competence Networks — CONCORDIA, ECHO, SPARTA and CyberSec4Europe.
Why it matters
The four pilot CCNs produced a large corpus of methods, training materials and joint research that risked staying inside their original consortia. The ECCC hub consolidates that work and opens it to the wider community, which is the natural place for COcyber outputs on civil-defence cooperation to land as well. DECEO links to it as the reference upstream platform for European cybersecurity knowledge sharing.
