A toolbox and Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) guide from the SOCCER project, sharing knowledge on establishing, deploying and operating Security Operations Centres (SOCs) in academic institutions. A structured repository helping universities build SOC capabilities. Available in English and Polish.

Why it matters

It helps universities and research organisations, especially across Central-Eastern Europe, build and operate their own SOCs, strengthening the cybersecurity posture and incident-response readiness of the academic sector. Co-funded by the European Union (Grant Agreement No. 101128073) with the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre.
