Governance
COcyber is governed by six Work Packages (WPs) where all partners have dedicated responsibilities based on their expertise areas.
COcyber work packages
WP1: Project Management & Quality Assurance
Work Package 1 focuses on establishing an efficient management framework to ensure the smooth operation and high-quality delivery of the COcyber project. This includes overseeing project coordination, risk management, quality assurance, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
WP2: Coordination Activities between Cybersecurity Civilian and Defence Spheres
Work Package 2 aims to foster a collaborative community by building strong relationships between civilian and defence cybersecurity sectors. Activities include creating a structured coordination mechanism and a Secretariat to support ongoing collaboration and engagement.
WP3: Cybersecurity Observatory and COcyber Platform
Work Package 3 is responsible for developing and maintaining the COcyber Platform, a central hub for information sharing and collaboration. This includes the creation of an interactive cybersecurity observatory to map and categorise cybersecurity intelligence and resources.
WP4: Best Practice Sharing and Information Transfer Activities
Work Package 4 facilitates the exchange of knowledge and best practices between civilian and defence sectors. It focuses on structured cooperation, developing case studies, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance cybersecurity resilience and innovation.
WP5: Dissemination, Communication, and Stakeholder Engagement
Work Package 5 aims to maximise the project's impact through effective communication and stakeholder engagement. This includes managing the COcyber website, social media channels, newsletters, and organising promotional events to keep the community informed and involved.
WP6: Synergies, Sustainability, and Exploitation
Work Package 6 ensures the long-term impact and sustainability of the COcyber project. This involves exploring synergies with other relevant initiatives, developing exploitation strategies, and creating links with existing cybersecurity projects to enhance overall outcomes.
