Cybersecurity Observatory and COcyber Platform

Work Package 2 aims to foster a collaborative community by building strong relationships between civilian and defence cybersecurity sectors. Activities include creating a structured coordination mechanism and a Secretariat to support ongoing collaboration and engagement.
AUSTRALO excels as a marketing agency specialising in science and deep tech, which is crucial for knowledge transfer and adoption. Their expertise plays a critical role in innovation acceleration and capacity building. AUSTRALO has vast participation and experience in Horizon projects to drive visibility and adoption, and facilitate the dissemination of best practices and knowledge.

Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) - Solvay Brussels School
The Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (SBS-EM), a school of economics and management and a Faculty of the Université Libre de Bruxelles, which was established in 1903 and delivers high-level undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate, doctoral and executive programmes. It is a research-based institution providing an infrastructure for research, through its four research centres.

The Lisbon Council for Economic Competitiveness and Social Renewal asbl is a Brussels-based think tank and policy network. Established in 2003 in Belgium as a non-profit, non-partisan association, the group is dedicated to making a positive contribution through cutting-edge research and by engaging political leaders and the public at large in a constructive exchange about the economic and social challenges of the 21st century.
Role in the project
Leader of Cybersecurity Observatory and Platform (WP3 ), LC is responsible for developing and maintaining the COcyber Platform, ensuring it serves as a central hub for information sharing and collaboration, including the creation of an interactive cybersecurity observatory.
The European Organisation for Security is the voice of the European security industry and research community. Operating in 15 different countries, EOS Members provide security research, solutions and services across many security domains, including border, cyber, transport and crisis management.

Leader of Coordination Activities (WP2), EOS focuses on fostering collaboration between civilian and defence cybersecurity sectors, building a strong community through structured coordination mechanisms and a dedicated Secretariat.
EIT Digital is a pan-European multi-stakeholder open-innovation ecosystem of top European corporations, SMEs, startups, universities and research institutes, where students, researchers, engineers, business developers and investors address the technology, talent, skills, business and capital needs of digital entrepreneurship. EIT Digital invests in strategic areas to accelerate the market uptake and scaling of research-based digital technologies (deep tech) focusing on Europe’s key societal challenges.
Role in the project
Project Coordinator EIT Digital leads the overall management and coordination of the COcyber project. With extensive experience in innovation and digital skills, EITD ensures that the project meets its objectives and delivers high-quality outcomes.
Also, as a leader of Synergies, Sustainability, and Exploitation (WP6), it ensures the sustainability of the project by exploring synergies with other initiatives, developing exploitation strategies, and creating links with existing cybersecurity projects.
