COcyber at the 2024 CSDP Annual Training and Education Conference (ATEC)
We are happy to announce that on November 18-19, 2024, Georges Ataya, from COcyber partner Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (ULB), participated in the 2024 CSDP Annual Training and Education Conference (ATEC) in Brussels. Organised by the European Security and Defence College, ATEC is a cornerstone event for strengthening cooperation in European security and defence training. This year’s theme, “Advancing Excellence: Enhancing Training and Education for European Security and Defence,” attracted military, civilian, and academic institutions from across the EU to address critical challenges and share best practices.
Georges participated in ATEC on behalf of COcyber to network with key stakeholders and increase awareness of the COcyber Cybersecurity Platform. As a trusted hub for collaboration, the platform facilitates knowledge-sharing and coordination between civilian and defence sectors to tackle cybersecurity chall enges in Europe.
A central focus of Georges’ participation was promoting COcyber’s public consultation and focus groups series, which aim to identify collaboration needs in cybersecurity. By engaging directly with ATEC attendees, he encouraged them to register on COcyber.eu and contribute their insights to this important initia tive.
