COcyber Roundtable Sets Priorities for Civil–Defence Cybersecurity Cooperation in Europe
April 22, 2026, Brussels, Belgium. In its third official press release, the COcyber project highlights its High-level Dual-use and Synergy Roundtable, where representatives from EU institutions, NATO, national authorities, academia, industry, and research organisations discussed priorities for stronger civil–defence cybersecurity cooperation in Europe.

Hosted in collaboration with Université libre de Bruxelles and supported by the European Security and Defence College (ESDC), the event gathered over 50 participants and featured four panels covering cyber capability development, research and education, dual-use technologies, digital infrastructure, and European cyber sovereignty.
The press release also highlights the COcyber Platform, a central gateway to Europe’s cybersecurity landscape, offering access to funding sources, policy guidance, best practices, and trusted community tools to support collaboration and collective cyber resilience.
