CyberSea Festival is a fresh and exciting event where you can learn, compete, and connect with others who are passionate about cybersecurity, all in a fun and relaxed setting.

The goal is simple: help students and young professionals build real skills, learn about current cyber challenges, and connect with the community. We believe that learning should be hands-on and inspiring, not just theory. 

Whether you’re curious about hacking, secure coding, or finding your place in the field, there’s something here for you.
Hosted at the Maritime University of Constanța, CyberSea offers two days full of activities, workshops, and conversations that matter.

CyberSea Festival is organized by Women4Cyber Romania, an association dedicated to encouraging and supporting the development of the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.

The event is made possible through the collaboration of key partners, including the National Cybersecurity Directorate (DNSC), the Maritime University of Constanța (UMC), the European Cybersecurity Competence Center (ECCC).

Together, we help create a space where learning, collaboration, and real-world experience come together to inspire future cybersecurity talent.

CyberSea Festival 2025 is designed to keep you moving, learning, and connecting. In the Hackathon Arena, you’ll work in teams to solve real challenges that test your creativity and technical thinking. The panel sessions bring industry voices to the table, a chance to ask questions and hear how cybersecurity works in the real world. For those who want to dig deeper, the Cyber Villages offer focused spaces on topics like AI, Secure by Design, and ethical hacking. And when you need a break, the Networking Lounge is the perfect spot to meet new people, share ideas, or just have a good conversation.
