COcyber Digital and Cyber Dialogue

On 13 April 2026, COcyber will hold a Digital and Cyber Dialogue in Vilnius, Lithuania, organised by our partner INFOBALT. The event will bring together national stakeholders for a discussion on information technologies, dual-use innovationand cooperation between the civilian and defence spheres in cybersecurity.

The dialogue will provide a space for exchange between representatives of government institutions, the National Cyber Security Centre, critical infrastructure operators and cysecurity industry actors. The discussion will focus on current developments in the Lithuanian cybersecurity landscape and on how stronger cooperation and information sharing can support resilience, innovation and more effective collaboration across sectors.

The event will also contribute to the preparation of the Lithuanian White Paper – Critical Assessment of the National Case Study. Through expert discussion and stakeholder input, it will help identify the main strengths, challenges and opportunities within Lithuania’s cybersecurity and digital innovation ecosystem, while supporting the development of recommendations for stronger cooperation between public and private actors.

The programme will include an overview of the Lithuanian national case study, followed by contributions from invited speakers and a moderated dialogue on cybersecurity, resilience and dual-use technological development. The event will conclude with a summary discussion and networking reception.
